Michael graduated from the University of Sydney and began his career in general practice, gaining experience in both primary care and referral hospital settings. After several years in clinical practice, Michael developed a strong interest in diagnostic imaging and pursued further training in the field. He completed a Graduate Certificate in Small Animal Ultrasound and later obtained Membership of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Small Animal Radiology.

While he enjoys all aspects of diagnostic imaging, he has developed a particular interest in ultrasound and its application in supporting clinical decision making.
